Zhejiang buys sixth of China’s BMWs

According to BMW, one sixth of its sales in China came from Zhejiang province during the first seven months of 2012, making it the company’s largest domestic market. Unlike in other provinces, the company opened stores in Zhejiang’s county-level cities. In the first seven months of the year, BMW sold over 170,000 cars in China, an increase of 29% compared to the same period last year.
